Applying for Walden University
Brief History
Walden was founded by two New York teachers in the name of Benie and Rita Turner. They together created this program for working adults to pursue their doctoral degree. Walden University is now a private for-profit institution of higher education. Their headquarted is in the Mills District in Minneapolis, Minnesota. They offer the following degree, Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, Master of Business Administration, Master of Public Administration, Master of Public Health, Ed.S. (Education Specialist), Ed.D. (Doctor of Education), D.B.A. (Doctor of Business Administration), and Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy)
Here are some instructions for you to apply for the University Online.
Visit the Walden University website ( http://www.waldenu.edu ). Now click on the tab " degree programs " and follow the links and see a list of available programs - bachelors,masters and certified. Check the requirement in the field you like and list take down notes.
Contact the Walden enrollment adviser for more information and inquires. You can see this in the admission tab, and click the "applying to Walden". Now here you can ask the adviser on the requirements of the degree you wanna pursue. Ask the tuition rates, estimated cost of the degree to want to take.
Lastly, Create a profile on the online application page. Fill the necesssary information they ask and be sure to click the submit button. Email them the necessary documents they need as instructed by the enrollment adviser. They ask a copy of your resume and transcript of your pior college course so be sure to have it.
